These Terms govern your use of the SURV7X LLC (“SURV7X”) website and services. By using our website, contacting us, or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Program / sender. The SURV7X messaging program is operated by SURV7X LLC.
Message types. When you opt in, we may send you text messages including conversational replies to your inquiry, appointment and fit-call reminders, request and engagement status updates, onboarding and document requests, and account or service notices.
Cancellation / Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will stop sending text messages unless you opt in again. You can also text STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

Carrier liability disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to receive our services.
Privacy. For details on how we handle your information and mobile data, see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties for marketing.
Age restriction (18+). You must be at least 18 years old to use SURV7X’s SMS program.
