From a small town in North Carolina, I, a retired Air Force veteran, started with a desire to escape poverty. My journey includes military, cybersecurity, and business. Leadership transcends titles. SURV7X is my venture, focusing on service and untapped potential. With a software engineering background, we aim to inspire others to dream big, forge lasting bonds, and multiply their gifts while having fun. Embrace your potential and SURV7X it!
Out of the heart of a little small town Red Springs, North Carolina, is where I had my very humble beginnings, ignited by a profound desire to make a difference, and escape the shame that comes with poverty. As a minority and retired Air Force veteran, my journey has been a tapestry of diverse experiences – from safeguarding military assets for the Department of Defense and strategic cybersecurity to scaling multiple businesses.
Rooted in the tenacity passed down by my hardworking mother, I’ve come to understand that every detail holds significance. Leading diverse teams, I’ve witnessed firsthand that true leadership transcends titles; it’s a calling that seeks to uncover the brilliance within each team member.
Through the years, I’ve embraced the wisdom of mentors, the transformative power of seminars, and the soul-enriching guidance of self-development. These influences culminated in the birth of SURV7X – a tribute to the art of service and the potential inherent in everyone.
With a degree in software engineering, I recognize that excellence lies in the finer points. Quickly soared to the top of enlisted ranks, I demonstrated proficiency in successfully overseeing multi-million-dollar complex projects and leading high-performing teams. Leveraging my experience in service to my country, I meticulously curated an A-Team of exceptional individuals. My conviction is rooted in the belief that our purpose is to serve one another with excellence, contributing to the betterment of our world, one person at a time.
