Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and executive leadership
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies
Track project milestones and KPIs, providing regular status updates to stakeholders
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when necessary
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and process improvements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
3-5 years of project management experience
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project)
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in the technology or digital transformation sector
Familiarity with budget management and financial forecasting
