Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager at SURV7X, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and overseeing a range of marketing projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and any changes in scope.
- Resource Allocation: Assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and skill sets. Optimize resource utilization to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans. Proactively address challenges to prevent delays or disruptions.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints. Provide regular updates on budget status to clients.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards of excellence and align with client expectations.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Implement systems to track project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate reports to provide insights on project outcomes.
- Team Leadership and Motivation: Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure their success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
