Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. As the Client Onboarding and Communication Specialist at SURV7X, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless onboarding, maintaining clear communication, and gathering essential information from our clients. You will be the bridge between our clients and our team, ensuring that all requirements are met to provide top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, providing clear instructions and support. Ensure all necessary documentation, media, and information are collected efficiently.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout their journey with us.
- Review Requests: Request and facilitate client reviews, testimonials, and feedback. Compile and document client testimonials for use in marketing materials.
- Documentation and Payment Handling: Ensure all required documentation, contracts, and payments are received and processed promptly. Coordinate with finance and legal teams as needed.
- Media Requirements: Liaise with clients to obtain necessary media assets for campaigns, ensuring they meet specifications and deadlines.
- Performance Feedback: Solicit and compile performance feedback from clients. Provide insights and recommendations to project managers for ongoing improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a first point of contact for any client concerns or issues. Escalate and coordinate with the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Success Stories: Document and share success stories with the team, highlighting achievements and successful campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client relations, onboarding, or virtual assistant roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using communication tools (email, messaging platforms).
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of marketing or digital agency operations.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
